What brings you here?

Longer stays / 01

A stay built around your needs.

We consider dates, length of stay, the number of guests and the practical details that matter to you. A studio that works beautifully for one person may feel compact for two over several months.

Let us know if you work from home, need parking or have an end date that is still taking shape. The arrangement and price are agreed before you book.

Know what is included.

The agreed longer-stay package includes furnishings, electricity, water, internet and final cleaning. Your offer sets out the inclusions and any services arranged separately.

A furnished home

Furniture, kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels as described for the home. Travel-cot linen arrangements are property-specific.

Cleaning during your stay

Interim cleaning and linen changes can be arranged as paid extras, at a frequency suited to your stay.

Laundry and parking

Check the home’s washing machine or shared laundry facilities, along with parking availability and terms. Arrangements vary between homes.

Extending your stay

Ask if you would like to stay longer. Extensions depend on availability, the price for the new period and the agreed terms.

Choose for the life you will be living.

A compact studio can be a natural choice for one. A separate bedroom or more space may make a longer stay for two more comfortable. With its 140 cm bed, The Green Atelier is primarily recommended for one person on an extended stay.

In Pori, two separate Kampus homes let colleagues or friends stay close while keeping their own space. In Turku, Kakolan Torni’s two bedrooms offer shared living space and separate places to rest.
