Before arrival, you receive access and arrival instructions for your particular home. Read them before travelling and keep them available during your journey. Check-in and departure times are confirmed in your reservation.

The homes use self check-in. If you need a different arrival time or help with arrangements, discuss this in advance; availability needs to be confirmed.

The whole home is yours to use. Its kitchen, furnishings and amenities are listed on the property page, with practical guidance in your arrival information. We check in with you after arrival.

If you need help or notice something that needs attention, use your reservation’s messaging channel. Mera investigates and coordinates the necessary assistance. Maintenance visits are agreed with you, except in an immediate emergency.

For longer stays, interim cleaning and linen changes can be arranged as paid extras. Homes come with a reasonable starter supply of everyday consumables.

Your departure instructions cover keys or the end of digital access, together with the usual arrangements for dishes and rubbish. You are not expected to carry out final cleaning or handle the linen.

If you would like to stay longer, get in touch in good time. An extension is confirmed according to availability and agreed terms.
