Start with the bed and the layout.
Check the bed width and whether the bedroom is separate. A studio can work well for one person. For two, different working and sleeping schedules may make an additional room valuable.
A glass wall or room divider changes the feel of a space, but may not provide the same acoustic privacy as a closed bedroom. Look at the photographs and layout together.
Picture an ordinary working day.
If working from home, look at the table, chair, lighting and sockets. A dining table may suit occasional work; several weeks of full remote working days may call for something more specific.
Check your journey to work, and how you will get around during evenings and weekends. The right location for your routine may be more useful than the most central address.
Agree the everyday arrangements.
A few details are worth settling before a longer booking. They leave you free to focus on living once you arrive.
- What the total price includes: electricity, water, internet, linen and final cleaning.
- How laundry works, and whether shared facilities need a reservation.
- Whether you need interim cleaning or linen changes, and how often.
- Whether parking is available and charged separately.
- What happens if you need to extend the stay or change the dates.
Mention what is still uncertain.
A move, renovation or project does not always have a fixed end date. Share your best estimate and any possibility of an extension in advance. It is easier to plan around uncertainty when it is known.
At Mera, the arrangement is shaped around your needs. Availability, price and terms are confirmed before booking, including for any extension.
