Offer requests and contact
When you submit an offer request, we process the contact, stay and company information you provide to handle your request, contact you and prepare a possible accommodation agreement. These details are not sent to Google Analytics.
The form is delivered to Mera through an email service. We retain the information only for as long as handling the request, a possible customer relationship and legal obligations requires.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 measurement on Mera’s own pages starts only when you choose “Allow analytics”. Measurement helps us understand traffic sources, page use, availability searches and progress through booking and offer journeys.
We do not send your name, email address, phone number or free-text offer details to analytics. Google may process technical browser and device information and general usage and location information under its own privacy policy.
Essential event counting
The site also counts daily uses of important actions, such as booking and offer buttons, without a persistent visitor identifier. This count contains no contact details, browser identifier or form contents.
Booking service
Availability, prices and checkout are provided through Hospitable, loaded from the booking.hospitable.com domain. When you use the embedded booking calendar or open booking in a new window, Hospitable processes the information needed to complete the reservation under its own terms and privacy policy. The Mera website’s cookie choice does not technically control analytics loaded from this separate domain.
Managing your cookie choice
An essential cookie stores your analytics choice for 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. When you withdraw analytics permission, the site blocks new GA4 measurement and removes GA cookies found on its own domain.
